Worship and Activities around Leeds
If you’re looking for somewhere local to worship in the city use the resources below to find a church. There is so much choice available: some with lively worship, some that are family oriented and others that are quieter and more contemplative – do some research for yourself and see what you find.
Alternatively, you can get in touch with the Chaplaincy or any of the Christian student societies and they’ll be able to recommend some local churches you could try. You can also ask for someone to take you to their church so you don’t have to go on your own. We hope you’ll find a worship community that suits you.
We also provide regular worship here at the Chaplaincy, including midweek campus communion, Quaker worship, and a weekly Café church.
For non-Christian worship, contact us and we will put you in touch with local faith leaders of the nearest mosque, Hindu temple, Sikh Gurdwara and Buddhist centre.
